Unexpected warmth amid chaos

From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff melted away our travel fatigue. Brian and Mary greeted us like family, ensuring we felt at home. Even amidst the chaos of the travel disruptions, they maintained their all-inclusive 

The food was delightful, with lots of options. Hospitable and best staff who were always there to help. The accommodation had a central location to a private clinic.

It's exceptionally friendly and nice little place for holiday!!!

We would go back in flash to have once again a fabulous trip. Its location is lovely and brilliant, close enough to the water park which was great, centre of the village and most restaurants, lovely area. Plus, it is set 

Pool temperature quite chilly at times!!! Spa facilities disappointing. just a rain room without true spa offerings. It feels like cleaning standards could use a little more attention!!!

The room is immaculate and reasonably spacious.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Impressive chef with show cooking, creating fresh tortilla and risotto dishes.

Great pools and delicious food. Limited eco-friendly practices with single-use plastics.

my stay exceeded expectations during this couple of nights in kalamaki! the hotel had beautiful landscaped surroundings and a large pool. the room was spacious with a big balcony, and the food was diverse and delicious! 

Had a lovely stay with a spacious room that had a big balcony where we enjoyed our welcome wine every evening. I really appreciated the spa facilities and relaxing massages available on site. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi didn’t quite reach our room, but that didn't put a damper on our time! 😊

We had a Superior Double Room, and it was nice and spacious. The bed was super comfy, and the balcony was a great spot for chilling. Cleaned daily by a lovely staff member who was always friendly. Had all the essentials like a kettle and fridge. the Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room, which was kind of annoying. pretty decent for the price.

The staff were incredibly friendly, like we were part of some kind of family. I mean, who goes out of their way to drive you to the right bus stop for a water sports trip? That guy George really stood 

this place is just amazing! the staff were super friendly, always ready to help, and our cleaner was such a lovely lady. the food was really good for an all inclusive, like there was

My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful, with the staff being lovely and always ready to help, and we loved the fact that we were only a short walk away from Caretta's Fun Park Centre and just a bit further to the beautiful Crystal Beach where we could relax and soak up the sun. the central location made it so easy to discover everything kalamaki had to offer in just a weekend!

The food here is fantastic, and the staff is super attentive, the units are spacious and come with a nice balcony.

The room here is absolutely perfect and tidy, featuring a jacuzzi and an open shower, great for exploring bars and restaurants just a short walk away.
